Wham was a British pop duo formed in 1981 by George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley. They achieved immense success in the 1980s, becoming one of the most popular acts of their time. However, it was their second studio album, "Make It Big" (1984), that truly made them global superstars. It featured the iconic and enduring Christmas hit, "Last Christmas," alongside other chart-toppers like "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" and "Careless Whisper."
