Ubermensch

Ubermensch is a German metal band formed in Berlin in 2010. The band's name, which means "superman" in German, is inspired by Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophical concept. Comprising of lead vocalist Max Keller, guitarist Kurt Wagner, bassist Lisa Müller, and drummer Eric Schmidt, Ubermensch gained recognition for their energetic live performances and heavy sound, blending elements of thrash and melodic death metal. They released their debut album, "Rise of the Übermensch," in 2012, which received positive reviews and helped establish their place in the metal scene. Ubermensch's lyrics often explore themes of existentialism, human nature, and inner struggles, reflecting their philosophical influences. With a growing fan base, the band has toured extensively in Europe and also performed at notable metal festivals. Despite staying true to their underground roots, Ubermensch continues to evolve their sound and push the boundaries of the metal genre, earning them a dedicated following among metal enthusiasts worldwide.
