Skid Row
Skid Row is an American heavy metal band formed in Toms River, New Jersey in 1986. Originally comprised of Rachel Bolan, Dave Sabo, Scotti Hill, Rob Affuso, and Sebastian Bach as their vocalist, the band quickly gained popularity in the late 1980s with their energetic performances and hard-hitting sound. Skid Row released their self-titled debut album in 1989, which spawned hits like "18 and Life" and "I Remember You," propelling them to mainstream success. The album achieved multi-platinum status, and the band continued to tour extensively, supporting acts like Bon Jovi and Aerosmith. Despite lineup changes over the years, Skid Row has remained active, releasing several more albums and maintaining a loyal fan base who relish their powerful live shows. Today, they are regarded as one of the influential bands of the glam metal era.
