He emerged in the late 1990s, blending genres like zouk, kizomba, and Afrobeat with modern pop and R&B elements. Kaysha gained significant popularity with hits such as "On dit quoi" and "One Love." Beyond singing, he is a prolific producer and has worked with numerous artists across Africa and the Caribbean, contributing significantly to the spread of African music globally. Kaysha is also an entrepreneur, having founded his own record label, Sushiraw, which focuses on promoting African and Afro-Caribbean artists.
