Joe Hisaishi

Joe Hisaishi, born as Mamoru Fujisawa in 1950, is a renowned Japanese composer and musical genius. Hisaishi began his career in the 1970s as a composer for commercials and television series. However, his breakthrough came in 1984 when he collaborated with the esteemed filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki, scoring the enchanting music for the animated film "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind". This marked the beginning of a fruitful collaboration between the two artists that continues to this day.
