Extreme
Extreme is an American rock band formed in Massachusetts in 1985. They rose to prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s with their unique fusion of hard rock, funk, and pop. The band's most successful and widely recognized song is the acoustic ballad "More Than Words," released in 1991 and reaching the top of the charts in multiple countries. Extreme's debut album, "Extreme," was released in 1989 and showcased their energetic and heavy sound, while their sophomore album, "Pornograffitti," released in 1990, expanded their musical horizons. This album featured the hit singles "Get the Funk Out" and "Hole Hearted," both of which received significant airplay. Extreme continued to release albums throughout the 1990s and 2000s, with varying levels of success. They disbanded in 1996 but reunited in 2004, delighting fans with their live performances.
