Duster

Duster is an influential slowcore band hailing from San Jose, California. Formed in 1996, the band comprises Clay Parton, Canaan Dove Amber, and Jason Albertini. Known for their dreamy, introspective sound, Duster released their debut album "Stratosphere" in 1998, which garnered critical acclaim for its lo-fi aesthetic and melodic beauty. They followed up with their sophomore album "Contemporary Movement" in 2000, further solidifying their status as pioneers of the slowcore genre. Despite gaining a devoted cult following, the band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2001.
