Alice Deejay

Alice Deejay was a Dutch electronic music group formed in 1998. They quickly rose to fame with their hit single "Better Off Alone," which became a worldwide dance anthem. Led by DJ Jurgen and featuring vocalist Judith Pronk, Alice Deejay released their debut album "Who Needs Guitars Anyway?" in 2000. The album spawned other successful tracks like "Back in My Life" and "Will I Ever." Despite their initial success, the group faced internal conflicts and struggled to maintain their popularity. Eventually, they disbanded in 2002, but their music continued to be popular in the electronic dance scene. Alice Deejay's upbeat and energetic sound influenced many artists and left a lasting impact on the genre. Fun fact, Judith Pronk, the lead vocalist, was only 17 years old when she recorded "Better Off Alone," making her one of the youngest artists to achieve international success in the electronic music world.
