Singing In The Rain - Cantando na Chuva

"Singing in the Rain" is a popular song from the musical film "Singin' in the Rain" released in 1952. It was performed by the talented Gene Kelly, who also co-directed and starred in the film. The song was composed by Nacio Herb Brown, with lyrics by Arthur Freed. Interestingly, the song was not originally written for the film but was instead a pre-existing piece from the late 1920s, adapted to fit the storyline. A cheerful and upbeat tune, "Singing in the Rain" became an iconic number, best known for Gene Kelly's iconic dance routine in the pouring rain.
