Natiruts
Natiruts is a Brazilian reggae band formed in 1996 in Brasília, consisting of Alexandre Carlo, Luís Maurício, and Bruno W. Their music blends reggae, rock, and dub elements, gaining both domestic and international recognition. The band gained popularity in the late 1990s with their debut album "Nativus," known for its hit single "Presente de um Beija-Flor." Natiruts continued their success with albums like "Povo Brasileiro" (2002), "Qu4tro" (2003), and "Acústico no Rio de Janeiro" (2012). Despite facing lineup changes over the years, the band has maintained its signature sound and socially conscious lyrics, often addressing environmental and social issues. Today, Natiruts remains active, having released their latest album "I Love" in 2020, which features collaborations with well-known artists Zeca Pagodinho and Gilberto Gil.
