Green Day
Green Day is an American punk rock band formed in 1987, consisting of members Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool. Known for their socially and politically charged lyrics, the band gained mainstream success with their album "Dookie" in 1994. With hits like "Basket Case" and "When I Come Around," Green Day became a significant influence on the punk rock genre. They further expanded their musical style with the rock opera concept albums "American Idiot" in 2004 and "21st Century Breakdown" in 2009.
