Glass Animals

Glass Animals is an English indie rock band formed in Oxford in 2010. Consisting of members Dave Bayley, Drew MacFarlane, Ed Irwin-Singer, and Joe Seaward, the band gained recognition for their unique blend of psychedelic pop and R&B influences. They released their debut album, "Zaba," in 2014, and it garnered critical acclaim for its atmospheric soundscapes and Bayley's distinct falsetto vocals. Glass Animals' second album, "How to Be a Human Being," was released in 2016, featuring more anthemic tracks inspired by real-life stories and interactions with fans. Unfortunately, in 2018, Seaward was involved in a life-threatening bicycle accident, leading to a hiatus for the band. However, they made a triumphant comeback with their third album, "Dreamland," in 2020, which explored themes of childhood nostalgia and self-discovery. With chart-topping hits like "Heat Waves" and "Tokyo Drifting," Glass Animals have solidified their position in the music industry, continuously pushing boundaries and delighting fans with their innovative and infectious sound.
